Reorganization of the Atmospheric Pressure Loading Service

Dear colleagues,

  As promised, the Web site for atmospheric pressure loading was reogranized.
Look at http://gemini.gsfc.nasa.gov/aplo/changelog.html for more details.
A sister-service of the Stokes coefficients of the atmospheric contribution 
to geopotential was modified as well: both series of degree/order 72/72 and
20/20 are provided.
